Master Service Agreement
This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between Acme Corp and Global Tech Inc. The parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of one (1) year. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
9. Confidentiality. Receiving Party shall not disclose the Disclosing Party's Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent.
